Weigh In Wednesday

Soo....It's Wednesday. Weigh in day. I didn't do all that great this week, exercise wise. Or eating wise. Memorial day was a real killer.

Potato Salad.
Hamburgers.
Sausage.
Cake.
Banana Split Cake.
Soda.

Every dieter's worst nightmare. And although I didn't pig out - I didn't eat as well as I could have. But, boy was I active this week! The gym, playing with the boy, running errands, cleaning the house...lots of stuff. I don't really know how active I was in minutes - but I know I was busy. So here's the weekly stats -

Weight Loss - 4 pounds. Yup. 4. Seems to be a good number for me lately.
Minutes Exercised - about 500. I was the Energizer Bunny this week.

So there you have it! I'm doing great, feeling great, and losing weight!

Sweet!!! I think this weekend was a mix of ups and downs for most of us (at least those of us who got the Memorial Day holiday!): lousy food options but LOTS of activity to go with it! So glad it paid off for you with the GREAT weighin!

Nice weight loss this week! That's fantastic that you still got to have fun and eat what you wanted (within reason, I'm sure). That's what lifestyle change is all about, learning to make sacrifices, consessions, substitutions, and a lot of freaking hard work!

wow! i BELIEVE you lost four pounds!! 500 mins of exercise? that's over 8 hours! i wish i had your drive. such an inspiration. you earned that 4 lb!

I actually was in the shower this morning (hey, I do my best thinking in there) when I thought of you. Not in a dirty perverted way...although if that makes you feel better, then maybe.

Anyway, I was thinking about how I haven't heard anything from you in a while even though I subscribed to your blog.

Only to realize today (after getting to your blog) that I guess I didn't.

So I (re-)subscribed to your blog. And now, once again I can get my Flabby McGee news.
